Amazing healing therapy - highly recommended to anyone wanting to rest, heal, rebalance and repair. Best sleep ever after mine 🌷

I am pleased to begin offering one to one Sound Therapy Treatments. Sound has the ability to affect us on a mental, physical and energetic level, and within a Sound Therapy session I will use different instruments and techniques to encourage you back to homeostasis, or balance.

A private session will start with a consultation to assess your needs. I will then carefully select Sounds such as Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Drums and Voice.

One of the key precursor’s of many illnesses is stress and the instruments I use are particularly suited to inducing deep states of relaxation. In deep relaxation, our brainwaves slow down to that experienced in deep meditation, or restorative sleep, and in this state, the body’s Autonomic Nervous System is able to take over, resuming optimal function.

💚We are experiencing the highest levels of anxiety and depression to date - it's at an all time HIGH ⚠️
💚 We live in a digitally obsessed world, and it is "Normal" to live like this.(?) - we should be happier than ever surely? A rectangle in our pockets with the world at our fingertips, able to connect with MILLIONS!!
⚠️💚We host friends at our houses 50% less than 10 years ago. (Even PRE lockyD) We are apparently more connected, but actually deeply DISCONNECTED.
💚Our phones give us excessive escapism CONSTANTLY - and it has been stated many times that social media, phones, iPads etc are as/more addictive than cocaine⚠️⚠️⚠️
💚Anti depressants are one of the most common drugs we are on as a society.
💚We are experiencing a GLOBAL SLEEP PROBLEM EPIDEMIC
💚We are connected online, but on a deep level, extremely DISCONNECTED. Masses of us suffer loneliness.
💚We focus on building a sustainable world, but not sustainable lives - it is a genuine problem that we have - and we are missing true, conscious focused attention.

Forget mindfulness - we need mind-emptyness - we have too many distractions and escapes, addictions that replace connection.

⚠️⛅in one week I am deleting social media, instead I will be sending newsletters out and posting on my website, so content available when you wish to see it. No worries about catching up or missing a story.

I haven't posted much on social media recently, it has been such a busy time and I have been too preoccupied with being able to massage and relax you all! 🤗💕
It has been so lovely to see my lovely clients again, and a pleasure to carry out my treatments again🙏💚

🌸This year certainly has been tough, so do be extra kind to yourself this season, allow space for all feelings and emotions that may arise over the holidays, as we have all felt a strain this year at some point and level. 🙏

🌸I hope you all have a lovely time and get to spend well deserved time with loved ones, and know that it's only a couple weeks until massage and time out just for you resumes
