Recently we’ve had a high amount of no shows and last minute cancellations, and although we completely understand emergencies happen, it’s becoming unfair on our girls who come into work early, keep appointments available and turn other clients away to accommodate bookings.
Our team work incredibly hard and their time is valuable. When appointments are missed without notice, it directly affects them and the business.
Because of this, we will now be reintroducing booking deposits for all appointments moving forward.
We hope everyone understands and continues to support our small business and the girls behind it 🩷
