ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

It is with a very heavy heart that I announce the closure of our Boldmere branch. After much consideration, I have come to the decision that it is no longer feasible to run two salons, with rising business costs and the difficulty in finding new staff who meet the true Heaven Sent standard.

Our last day open in Boldmere will be Saturday 1st November. From this date, all appointments will take place at our Lichfield salon, where our team will continue to welcome you. This larger salon allows us to offer more treatment options and a growing team to look after you in the way you deserve.

Please rest assured, all vouchers remain valid – they can be used for treatments at our Lichfield salon or towards purchases and products in-store.

This decision has been one of the hardest to make in my whole business career - but it’s a step I’ve had to take, leading with my head over heart. The business itself is absolutely going nowhere – in fact, Heaven Sent will continue to thrive, with exciting plans already in motion for 2026 to make HS Lichfield the most beautiful salon there is.

Boldmere branch has been apart of me for 9 years, it’s made me who I am today as a therapist, a person and a business owner. I owe the salon, therapists and clients a lot and this has been a decision that has been incredibly difficult and has overwhelmed me for months but now is the time unfortunately 😢

I want to thank every single one of our Boldmere clients for your loyalty and support over the years. While we say goodbye to one home, our doors in Lichfield remain wide open, and we cannot wait to continue pampering you there. 💜

We hope you are all able to follow our therapists as they move to Lichfield offering their same and new fabulous treatments.
