Happy October 👻👻
Despite being a massive scardy cat, I absolutely LOVE October and all things spooky season 👻🧌
Is anyone else looking forward to ghosts, zombies and all things spooky?? 😁
Lets talk Deep Tissue massage 💆♂️
🚫 Contrary to popular belief, harder pressure does NOT equal better results 🚫
Whilst Deep tissue massage does target the deeper layers of muscle, this is achieved by using longer much slower movements to help relieve any muscle tension.
❌️ Deep tissue massage should never be painful!!
It may be slightly uncomfortable in areas of high tension but it should always be manageable, and you can ask for less pressure, it will not make your massage less effective 🙂
Knotts massage offer Deep tissue massage as either :
30 minute back massage £25
60 minute full body massage £40
90 minute full body £60
