When I perform my first cleanse, I’m investigating…. Feeling for congestion under the skins surface, feeling for tention in the facial muscles. What is your skin telling me…..
Then I go on to treat it!

This week I have treated 4 lovely clients that were overwhelmed, tired, stressed, sleep deprived and burnt out!! After their treatment it was almost like I had woken their skin up! It had that glow again!!

Sometimes we need to step back on overloading the skin with products to try and “fix it” and just take some time to relax, switch off and just be.
