Let’s talk about skin ageing…

Did you know that our skin starts to lose collagen from the age of 25!
Our skin sell turnover starts to slow down and we can start to notice our skin changing from as early as our 30s! Sometimes younger!!

BUT did you know this process is actually quite slow, so we lose around 1% of collagen per year.

So why can we feel our skin is ageing so quickly???

I have one answer for you…
Lifestyle!
Sunlight, pollution, stress, smoking, poor sleep, alcohol, caffeine, professed foods and sugar are just a few examples that cause premature skin aging!

So before you reach for the next miracle product you have seen on TikTok to FIX your skin, why not try making a few small lifestyle adjustments first.

When you book a facial treatment with me, I don’t always recommend you any skincare products, sometimes I will give you simple tips or suggestions to try, that I believe will help you achieve your skin goals. As well as many other benefits a facial can give, I truly believe by talking that time to just switch off and let go, release tension/stress and calm the nervous system, this will absolutely show in your skin 🤍

✨ Treatment booking update ✨

I have spent some time over the past week updating my booking system, which means you can now book appointments with me online 😊
You can do this through my booking link in my bio!

This is going to be really beneficial for both me and my clients. As I work alone and I am also a busy mum, my message replies can sometimes be slow. By having the online booking link up and running this will reduce back and forth messaging.

I know many of my regular clients will book their appointments each time they come to see me, which is great and you can continue to do that.

After some careful consideration I have decided I will no longer be accepting any NEW clients for NAIL treatments. I really want to put my focus into my skincare treatments and continue to build this side of my business more.

If you are one of my regular nail clients please don’t worry, I will continue to do your nails for you as long as you want me to! 💚

I really wanted to kickstart this month giving you some advice…

If you’re a parent and you have young girls (like me) You may find they are wanting to start using skincare, face cream serums etc. (thanks to all the influencers on YouTube!)

Well you may not realise but they actually DONT need it, trust me, using active ingredients on young skin can do more harm than good!
