Our Christmas break is now in full swing 🎅
On behalf of Clare & myself, I would like to take this time to thank all our amazing clients for the continued support & custom and for keeping us so busy.

Working this Christmas has been an absolute pleasure, just the same as the rest of 2024.

Just a little notice regarding Christmas guys -

Firstly we have extremely limited availability now until early 2025. Please if you need to ammend any appointments due so sooner rather than later.

Clare & I will be working throughout December completely flat out & long working days. We have done our upmost to accommodate clients in general but certainly with specific days and times. I kindly ask of you that you attend these appointments on time & please, please attend these appointments without cancelling last minute.

We appreciate fully that at times circumstances make this not possible, however, please bare in mind that this is our busiest time, and our only source of income. We will be at work when most will be enjoying time with family over the upcoming weeks. We cannot keep saying no to other appointments because we are so busy and then being cancelled on last minute with hours at a time left free.

I am so so sorry for the ones that never let us down, and the circumstances in which this cannot be helped. But because of this being so frequent anybody within a 48 hour cancellation period through out December will be charged for their appointment. At full appointment cost, due to any circumstances.

Thankyou for your understanding and custom for all these years it doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated ❤️

Just a warning to all who are still attending appointments, that the street is still absolutely covered (road & pavement) and is extremely slippy. We also have some black ice outside our door so please be careful when entering.

To anybody wishing to cancel/ rearrange appointments due to conditions please don’t leave it until last minute to do so. Earlier notice means we can condense our appointments during the day!

5 weeks growth! Before & after 😍
British summer might be over.. but bright summer nail season is still in full swing 🤌🏻

The last couple of months in the salon we’ve experienced several last minute cancellations or complete no shows.

We completely understand that things crop up last minute sometimes and that due to unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can’t be helped.

However, we are still trying to earn a living and whether we are busy or not still have our over heads and outgoings both within the salon and in our personal lives. We unfortunately cannot keep coming to work and being at a loss and certainly not now more than ever before! ☹️

It will now be firmly put into place that all clients who -
A)do not give more than 48 hours cancellation prior to their appointment
Or
b) No shows

Will be required to pay up to 50% of the service price or subsequently lose the deposit amount pre paid. This is for any service over 1hour. Including perms/colours/restyles/take ups.

We are extremely sorry for those who genuinely would never let us down, but it seems currently this is happening more and more. This is not a personal dig by any means to anybody who has recently had to cancel it’s just something that has been in the pipe line recently that sadly can’t keep happening to us. It’s our job & our income. Unfortunately at this point it seems it’s something we are going to require under any circumstance.
