✨ TOM HALL HAIR — CANCELLATION POLICY ✨

I completely understand that sometimes things come up and appointments need to be changed. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave me with an empty appointment that I’m often unable to fill, which has a direct impact on my small business.

To keep things fair for everyone, I’m introducing the following cancellation policy:

📅 48 HOURS’ NOTICE

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

⏰ CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS’ NOTICE

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge of the services booked.

🚫 NO-SHOWS

If you don’t attend your appointment and haven’t contacted me, a 100% charge of the booked services may apply before another appointment can be made.

🤒 ILLNESS & EMERGENCIES

I completely understand that illness and genuine emergencies can happen unexpectedly. Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend, and I’ll always use my discretion depending on the circumstances.

If you’re feeling unwell, please don’t come into the salon — just let me know as soon as you can. ❤️

💳 HOW WILL THIS WORK?

As I don’t currently take deposits, payment for any applicable cancellation fee will be requested before your next appointment is booked.

I really appreciate your understanding and support. As a small independent business, my appointment time is my income, and when a last-minute appointment is left empty, it’s very difficult for me to replace that time.
