Please can we ask that you are double checking your appointment dates and times?!

As im sure you are all aware, we are super busy and are fully booked til May! We are working earlier, later and on some of our days off to try and get you in as soon as we possibly can so when people dont turn up for their appointments its very frustrating. Some people are having to wait weeks past the time they usually like to leave their roots and trims and they could of had these appointments.

We understand things happen but please if you aren't coming to your appointment, can you let us know with as much notice as possible. We also have a cancellation/no shows policy in place that is pinned to the top of our page so please read and be mindful.

18 year ago today I got the Keys 🔑 to Hair 2000,

Time really does go fast. Getting the keys when I was just 19 was a very scary time and thinking what am I doing but I must be doing something right because here Iam 18 years later. Running a business isn’t the easiest at times, but with amazing staff who I’m so thankful for really does make the world of difference. I would also like to thank my family for all your support and always helping me out because I couldn’t do it without you, and to thank Gemma,Natalie, Dayna, Jaimee and Hayley for your hard work and support I really couldn’t do it without you all. Also a big big thank you to all my clients because without you all I wouldn’t be where iam today so thank you , I’ve made some very special friends along the way so here’s to many more years! 😊❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏😊

Just a quick update for our lovely clients 💛
Due to medical advice, Jaimee has had to begin her maternity leave a little earlier than planned. Both mum and baby are fine.
Some of Jaimee's clients have been rearranged to other members of staff or have been contacted if we have not been able to do this. If you have any queries regarding your appointment please call the salon .

🎅🎄Polite Customer Notice🎄🎅

As we are now in the last 3 weeks before Christmas, we understand how hectic our days are - we are just as busy in the salon too.

Please if you cant make your appointment, let us know as soon as you can as we have people waiting for any cancellations. (Anything 24hrs or less or no shows will be charged)

Also please check your appointment times, we will do our best to be running on time too but if you are going to be late please ring and let us know as if your too late, we may not be able to do exactly what you were booked in for as it will run over onto other clients appointments.
