Going from black to blonde with fox tips in one weekend was NOT an easy process, made only possible because olaplex exists 🫶🏻

And for context: Bleach damage will occur 100% of the time when bleaching - it’s inevitable. The extent of said damage is entirely dependent on how far the hair is pushed and the quality of lightening products. In my case, I was experimenting. The joys of being a hairdresser means I know exactly how far I can push my own hair and I get to try things that I wouldn’t do for a client, and see the results.

Everything in moderation though, my friends. I’m not recommending damage beyond repair, or experimenting on your own hair and doing this just for funsies, but for my own naturally greasy hair, I’d forgotten how GOOD the benefits of drying it out with a little bleach can be 🤣

For my hair, rough drying it meant I’d be stuck with flat hair that sticks to my head even after freshly washing it…. And now I’m a changed woman 😫
