Hello and welcome to my page Natural Energy Healing. A little bit about myself and what I do, I am Steph and have been interested in energy healing for many years. I started off medidation years ago and would feel my body drawing in energy from around me and feel it move through my body without understanding what it was. I have since completed Matrix Energetics Training and Reiki Level 1 Shoden & Reiki Level 2 Okuden. Energy Healing is a brilliant complimentary therapy that can get to the root cause within the body for physical/emotional/mental illness as well as fatigue and many other issues. I am able to help rebalance the bodies energy flow for optimum health and kick start your body to heal itself naturally. I can also assist if you have suffered a trauma.
