Most people will only take action to improve their health as a reactive measure.
Their sole purpose is to overcome an unfavourable circumstance in the here and now
This is just human nature.
But a question worth asking yourself is this.
If I am experiencing these symptoms now, what does my future look like if I continue on this trajectory?
Often, the very symptoms you are dealing with, that are impacting how you show up on a daily basis, are early indicators of future chronic disease
Key examples are
➡ Erectile dysfunction is correlated with a 45% higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease, 55% increased risk of a heart attack, and 25% increased risk of all cause mortality
➡ Insulin resistance can increase your risk of coronary heart disease by up to 46%
➡Impaired fasted glucose is associated with an 18% increase risk in dementia, and a 36% increase risk of Alzheimers
➡ Increased total cholesterol is significantly associated with increased risk of cardiovascular disease and mortality
➡High blood pressure over a long period of time is strongly associated with an increased risk of all cause mortality (i.e. death from any cause)
On the plus side, exercise can have huge impacts on offsetting these conditions. When researchers looked at strength and cardio fitness together, men who had both good strength and cardiorepiratory function, had a 60% lower death rate than men who had neither.
If you want to be the best version of yourself in 20 years time, you need to stop taking a reactive approach, and start being proactive with your health.
Your future self is decided by how you show up today

How you feel on a daily basis directly governs how you show up in your career
This is a message I received from one of my clients David, a full time day trader
He had been struggling with various aches and pains, low energy, and knew he wasn’t showing up at his best
We took a deep dive into his lifestyle, health metrics, and training plan and found the bottlenecks that were quietly costing him.
The result, he's sleeping and feeling better than he has in over a year, but more importantly, he's sharper at the screen. Fewer hesitant trades. Cleaner decisions under pressure.
Operating at full capacity doesn’t happen by accident. And it’s not luck. It’s a system. Analysis, identification of the bottlenecks, and application of the specific protocols
If you know you aren't showing up at your full capacity, and want to find out why, get in touch today 📩

There are many reasons to go the the gym...
Lose weight. Build confidence. Feel more energetic.
But I think the fact that it actually can prolong your life should be way up there on your list of reasons to train.

Your GP says your bloods are normal, so why are you still running on empty?
Because normal means not sick.
It doesn’t mean optimised
It's a threshold for disease. Not a target for performance.
So when your results land inside ‘normal’ ranges, you're told you're fine. And technically, you are.
So you walk out of the GP surgery, still fatigued, still foggy, still unable to shift the belly fat, Still watching the drive that built your business quietly fade, and still wondering why you feel the way you feel.
At RE:GEN, fine is never the end goal.
It’s showing up at full capacity.
Showing up sharp in work. Strong in the gym. Energetic in life.
This doesn’t come from chasing normal.
Bloodwork is just one of the tools I use within the RE:GEN protocol to uncover what is holding you back. And we are ALWAYS looking for optimal!
I work with a limited number of clients at a time so I can provide the depth other clinicians miss
If you’re sick of being told your ‘normal’ despite feeling like you are capable of more, I can help

Most people think if they do not have an active illness, they are healthy
But disease often builds silently beneath the surface
And most of us have no idea until it is too late
Taking a proactive approach to your metabolic health isn't just about feeling your best today. It's an insurance policy against disease tomorrow.
Cardiovascular disease remains one of the biggest killers in the UK.
Optimising blood pressure, cholesterol, and hormonal health early on is one of the highest-return investments you can make on your health
Don’t wait until it is too late

6 supplements you should be using when stressed.
If you’re a busy professional, inevitably, stress is going to be a part of your life
Knowing how to manage this can be the difference in showing up as your best self, or crumbling under pressure
During prolonged periods of stress, your body breaks down nutrients and minerals at an accelerated rate in order to fuel the stress response
If you're not replenishing these nutrients, you're rapidly burning through your body's resources
Here are the supplements I would prioritise to try and mitigate the impacts
1. Vitamin B-Complex
B vitamins are heavily involved in the production of cortisol. The more stress you have, the more cortisol your body makes. This means there is an increased demand for certain B vitamins.
2. Broad Spectrum EAA
Adrenaline and noradrenaline are made from the amino acid tyrosine. During prolonged stress, the body burns through tyrosine at an accelerated rate. Tyrosine is also necessary for thyroid and dopamine production. But when your body is stressed it prioritises adrenaline and nor-adrenaline production, leaving less available for everything else. This can result in abnormal metabolism, lack of motivation, and fatigue.
3. Vitamin C
Crucial for adrenal hormone production and rapidly depletes under prolonged stress. It has antioxidant effects which help combat free radicals and support the immune system.
4. Magnesium Zinc
Magnesium is excreted at a faster rate during increased stress and can become easily depleted. It also takes the edge off the stress response and supports blood sugar control.
5. Zinc
Zinc is an important mineral to support immune function, so it is important to get it in adequate amounts during stress
6. High-quality Omega-3
Omega-3s are one of the best natural defenses against inflammation and can help off-set some of the inflammatory impacts of stress
Of course the best solution is to manage your stress effectively, however, this may not always be possible. So if you're in a demanding season and can't remove the load right now, supporting your body's increased nutrient demand is a sensible place to start.

You're not losing your edge. Your lifestyle is stealing it.
Think about the last time your brain actually felt sharp. Where you could sit down, lock in, and get through a full day without hitting a wall at 2pm. Where you could hold a conversation without losing your train of thought halfway through. Where decisions felt clear instead of heavy.
For a lot of people, that version of themselves feels like a long time ago.
And the frustrating part? You're doing everything you're supposed to be doing. You're training. You're busy. You're pushing through. But the fog doesn't lift. If anything, it gets worse.
Brain fog isn't random and it isn't inevitable.
It's what happens when neuroinflammation takes hold. When your brain's environment becomes compromised and your neurons can't communicate the way they're designed to.
The causes usually stem from simple habits
The sleep you keep cutting short.
The blood sugar spikes from skipping meals and excessive sugar intake
The chronic low-grade stress you've normalised
A gut that's been ignored for years.
Micronutrient gaps that never show up on a standard blood panel.
None of these things are dramatic on their own. But they compound. And eventually your brain is the one paying the bill.
The fix isn't complicated. But it does require addressing the foundations.
Sleep, stress, blood sugar, gut health, movement, micronutrients. Get these working and your brain starts to come back online.
Clarity returns. Focus returns.
This is just one aspect of life we address inside RE:GEN.
DM me "REBUILD" if you're ready to stop managing the fog and start actually clearing it. 👊

Keiron had been struggling with back pain since suffering a bad fall 16 years ago
He would have periods of resolution, but it always came back
Frequent flare ups had left him with no confidence in his back, forcing him to restrict himself in jiu-jitsu and completely avoiding lifting weights
We took a deep dive into Keirons movement patterns, lifestyle and nutrition
We found he was intolerant to frontal plane movements and spinal extension, so we built a progressive plan to meet him where he was
When he started, his nutrition wasn't where it needed to be and we suspected it may be driving systemic inflammation. We dived deeper into it and had him wear a CGM for 2 weeks, it was pretty clear there were a few foods his body wasn't happy processing so we modified his diet
Alongside his rehab, Keiron has also been chasing some hypertrophy goals which he is smashing
This man has been nothing but consistent throughout, even when external factors occured
If you've been struggling with an injury and you want to use it as an opportunity to overhaul your health, movement and performance, I'd love to help

Connor had been dealing with hip pain for years.
Previous imaging confirmed arthritis within the joint.
He’d seen doctors and consultants and undergone steroid injections — with no meaningful or lasting relief.
After multiple failed attempts to resolve the issue, he reached out to me.
Following a full assessment, we identified clear mechanical limitations that were loading the hip unnecessarily.
From there, we built a structured plan designed to address those limitations — one that integrated seamlessly into his existing training and progressed in a logical, measurable way.
This wasn’t about chasing symptoms.
It was about maximising function and capacity despite a diagnosis.
Just 3 months in, Connor is now pain free for the first time in years and functioning at a high level again.
Arthritis makes things harder,
But it doesn't make them impossible
If you’ve been told your pain is “just wear and tear” and you’ve been stuck for months or years, this is exactly the kind of case I work with.
