Job Opportunity: Nursery Manager
📍 Gors Avenue, Swansea | Immediate Start (Subject to recruitment checks)
⏰ 29–45 hours per week
💷 From £14 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Childcare Manager to join our well-established early years setting 💛

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants the freedom to bring fresh ideas, lead a supportive team, and make a real impact within a setting that values innovation and quality.

✨ The Role Includes:
• Leading and supporting the staff team
• Staff supervision, appraisals & performance management
• Rota planning and organisation
• Supporting high-quality practice and continuous improvement
• Leading CIW inspections and maintaining compliance
• Embedding Planning in the Moment practice
• Building strong relationships with children, families & staff
• Safeguarding leadership and multi-agency working
• Supporting children with differing needs and promoting inclusion

✅ Essential Requirements: • Level 5 CCLD (or equivalent)
• Early years management experience

Desirable:
• Flying Start Expansion experience
• Experience leading a CIW inspection
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding & ALN legislation
