Here’s EXACTLY what dermal filler should be used for 👀🪄
Using dermal filler we are able to restore lost volume for patients & when this patient came to visit us after loosing a significant amount of weight they were looking to restore lost volume in their facial profile
After 5ml of filler we were able to place the product in areas such as the cheek & lower to mid face to help rebuild the supporting structures that had been previously lost…
Weight loss can often cause concerns around loosing the facial structure but this is where we are able to treat this concern using filler!
At Phoenix Aesthetics we’ve always felt strongly about giving our honest advice & often that means looking at the FULL face not just a specific area - what we mean by that is when a client books in for jaw filler but would benefit more from chin filler we’ll be more than happy to let them know before they spend that money

We completely get that it can feel overwhelming when deciding ‘how many ml should I book for’ but the honest answer is you’re not meant to know…
This is why we always advise new patients to book in a consultation appointment! During this appointment we can look at the facial structure holistically and give our honest advice as to what treatments might deliver you the results that you’re actually searching for
We get so many patients thinking they need a certain area but end up treating a completely different area to achieve their results - why? Because we’re the experts 💉

Hi, I’m Hayley – the face behind Phoenix Aesthetics.
My nursing journey started in 2007, and next year marks 20 years since I first stepped into the profession. I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2010, started my career in Intensive Care, became a Health Visitor in 2014, later worked as a Professional Development Nurse, and I’m now an Independent Nurse Prescriber.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and proud mum to three amazing children, who keep me grounded, busy and remind me every day why I love helping people feel their best.
I’ve spent the last 6 years dedicated to aesthetics, continually investing in advanced training so I can offer a wide range of evidence-based aesthetic treatments. Every consultation, assessment, treatment plan and injection is tailored to the individual sitting in front of me.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith and founded Phoenix Aesthetics. It wasn’t exactly the easiest time to start a business (thanks, COVID! 🙈), but by 2021 it began to flourish. Since then, it’s grown year on year, and I’m so grateful for every client who’s trusted me and recommended me.
I still work part-time as a Registered Nurse and Health Visitor, because nursing is, and always will be, at the heart of who I am.
I also mentor other practitioners and support prescribing students—not because I have to, but because I genuinely enjoy helping others grow safely and confidently.
The most rewarding part of my job isn’t the treatments themselves. It’s seeing someone leave feeling more like themselves - more confident, happier, and comfortable in their own skin. Knowing I’ve played a small part in that is a privilege I’ll never take for granted.
