-Important Update Regarding Appointments and Deposits-

To our valued Pompei Ltd clients,

We're introducing a couple of changes to our booking policy, effective Monday, June 23rd, 2025. These updates are designed to help us continue providing the best possible service and manage our appointment schedule more efficiently.

-New Colour Customer Appointment Fee-

Starting today, all new colour customers will be charged a non-refundable £20 fee when booking their first colour appointment. This fee secures your slot and will be applied at the time of booking. You can pay this fee either in person when making your appointment or over the phone. Please note, this £20 is non-refundable.

-Deposit for Missed Appointments-

For all customers who miss more than two appointments within the same month, we will now require a 50% deposit of the service price before booking any subsequent appointments. This deposit will be put towards your service total.

-Easy Phone Payments-

We're excited to announce that we now have the ability to securely process card payments over the phone, making it even easier to handle these fees and deposits.
