✨️ A patients shoulders had been feeling tight and restricted. Sports massage helped to ease them off and improve mobility.
Mechanics, builders, desk workers and everyone in between. Tight shoulders often lead to neck and back ache and often tension headaches. This is just a super short clip of some soft tissue therapy on the shoulder. Patient left feeling lighter, more mobile and no pain or tension 🫶✨️💪
