Just over a week ago, the Fresh Therapy team had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful Glan yr Afon in Wales, where a lovely group of ladies had escaped for a well-deserved catch-up weekend.

With a gorgeous riverside setting, a hot tub and plenty of time to relax together, it was the perfect place for a weekend away and we were delighted to bring the spa experience directly to their holiday cottage.

There’s something rather special about enjoying a professional treatment without having to leave your accommodation. No driving, no rushing and no worrying about getting everyone to a spa appointment - just relax, enjoy your treatment and head straight back to the hot tub, a glass of fizz or an afternoon catching up with friends! 🥂
