✨ So, I forgot to mention… on Friday 21st August, I turned 42! 🎂✨
(the cake is filled with GIN thankyou to my friend on "baking" this creation)

And you know what? I actually think your 40s are when the magic starts to happen.

From 40 onwards, something shifts. We start caring a little less about pleasing everyone else. We stop pretending to feel things we don’t. We stop worrying so much about what people think and start becoming more comfortable with who we really are.

It’s taken me a long time to feel comfortable being me — the real, unfiltered me. But now? My true circle of friends and my beautiful clients have shown up and accepted me exactly as I am.

Authentically me. No pretending. No performing. Just me. 🤍

Working with women every day — with around 50% of my clients aged between 35 and 55 — has taught me something…

We’re all getting to that same point in life where we think:

“Do you know what? I just don’t give a f* anymore.”** 😂✨

Because we’re tired.
