Each has its own role.
Together, they create the foundation for a healthier, stronger and more fulfilling life.
That’s why we’ve built all three into The Coaching Club.
Because fitness isn’t just about living longer.
It’s about having the strength, energy and freedom to enjoy the years ahead.

There’s a reason this story will resonate with so many dads ❤️
He’d always driven past Coaching Club wondering what went on inside, but never quite took the first step.
Like many people, he’d always loved fitness and sport — cycling, rugby, Ironman — but never truly found his thing or a place where he genuinely felt he belonged.
But as family life evolved, so did his reason why.
Wanting to stay physically strong enough to support his youngest son every single day became bigger than just “getting fit”.
And somewhere along the way, Coaching Club became much more than training.
It became:

✔️ Friendship
✔️ Brotherhood
✔️ A place to switch off
✔️ A community that genuinely cares
From Hyrox events and summer socials to the conversations shared during Men’s Day, the impact has gone far beyond physical results.
Now he feels stronger than ever — physically AND mentally — and has built friendships for life along the way. 🫶

A little look at the last couple of months from our Ladies Club 💪✨
This block focused on building confidence, strength and technique — including the addition of paused trap bar deadlifts 👏
By adding a pause into the movement, we challenged control, positioning and tension throughout the lift.
Paused deadlifts help improve:
• Strength off the floor
• Core stability & bracing
• Better positioning and technique
• Time under tension
• Confidence under the bar
The progress from this group has been unreal 🖤

This is designed specifically for women who:

Over 4 weeks you’ll complete 8 coached sessions with a female coach in a small group of just 6 ladies.

Congratulations to our ladies club members who took on The Deadly Dozen in Bristol last weekend! 💪
12 x 400m runs with functional stations in between — with the wet conditions making those burpee broad jumps even tougher than usual 🌧️ 😅
A brilliant effort from everyone involved and we’re super proud of you all! 👏

Meet Justine. 55 years old, 14 months in, and proof that it is never too late to start. 💪
When Justine first came to us she had never touched a weight in her life. Her background was aerobics and Zumba, and the idea of strength training felt completely out of reach. It was actually her daughter who encouraged her to give it a go — and we are so glad she did.
What she needed was a coach who made it all make sense. Jess broke every movement down into something relatable — the farmers carry became lugging heavy bags of shopping — and suddenly Justine realised she could do this.
14 months on, she is stronger, more toned, and has a completely new belief in what she is capable of. But perhaps the moment that says it all? Last International Women’s Day, Justine competed alongside her daughter in the same event she had watched as a spectator the year before, never imagining she would ever take part.
She did it. Surrounded by her Ladies Club friends. And she absolutely smashed it. 🥇

Performance of the HYROX weekend goes to these two wonderful people 🫶
It was also Emily’s first HYROX just 12 months after giving birth 👏
Two members of CC doing us proud with a fantastic Mixed Doubles time of 01:28! This was a special moment for Emily & Dan, with young Harry who recently turned one, watching Mum & Dad from the stands ❤️.

April marked the start of our new training block; scroll across for a sneak peak of our highlights 💪
We kicked things off with our Base & Build phases — laying the foundations for everything that comes next.
Over these first 6 weeks, the focus is simple: move well, build muscle, and increase the capacity to train harder later on. Expect lighter loads, more volume, and shorter rest periods designed to improve technique, build confidence in key lifts, and create a solid base of strength and muscular endurance.
Soon, we’ll be moving into our Load phase 📈
This is where things start to get serious. Weights go up, reps come down, and intensity increases as members begin to push real strength levels and build on the work put in during the first part of the block.
We’ll then finish with 4 weeks of Express 🔥
A phase focused on showing what’s been built — moving well under load, testing lifts, and seeing the difference in performance after months of consistent work.
