🚨 NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS 🚨

This is a clear reminder of my cancellation policy, which applies to all clients.

When an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, that time is fully reserved and cannot be rebooked. As a self-employed barber, I do not get paid for missed appointments — this is my only income.

There are no hourly wages, sick pay, or holiday pay. If you do not attend your appointment, that income is lost and I dont get paid.

All clients receive multiple automated reminders through the booking system before their appointment. Because of this, missed appointments are not due to lack of notice.

The following policy is strictly enforced:

👉 2 hours’ notice or more: No charge
👉 Within 2 hours of appointment: £5 fee
👉 No-shows: Full appointment price charged!

This applies to all clients without exception.
Please ensure you cancel in advance if you cannot attend.
