These girls smashing it 👏🏼

Well hello strangers… 👀😂

3 weeks.
That’s how long I’ve managed to stay off social media. Quite frankly, I deserve an award. Just thought I should show my face again 🤣

BUT… the good news! 🎉

The gym is making its comeback, and so am I! 🙌🏼

I’ll be joining them in the new building we’ve got going on in the airport!!! With my very own room, and I’m working behind the scenes to get everything ready so I can be back doing what I love ASAP. 🫶🏼

And honestly… I’ve missed you lot! I’ve missed my clients, the chats, the laughs, the moaning, the random life updates and, of course, being able to tell people to relax while I proceed to hurt them. 😂

It’s been a strange few weeks, but I’m so excited to get back to it and see all your faces again.

Keep your eyes on my socials 👀 because I’ll be sharing more information very soon, including when bookings will be back open.

Basically… I’m back, the gym is coming back, and normal chaos will resume shortly. 😘

Thank you to everyone who has checked in, messaged me, supported me and generally reminded me that I’m not allowed to disappear forever. 🤍

Starting to think, all those burpees, those marathons, golf swings and ‘I’ll just move this sofa myself’ moments are keeping us in business 🤣 Thank you so much for all your support. Couldn’t feel more loved 🤍

How it started VS how it’s going 🤍

Lounge therapist ➡️ gym-based therapist!
•
A few years later, a lot of hard work and proof that if you annoy enough people by talking about your business, eventually it starts working 😉
•
Thank you everyone from my day 1 clients to brand spanking new ones, friends and family and even my gym fam who love that I annoy them! Love you all 🤍
•

Finally, a massive thank you to everyone who’s supported me so far - whether you’ve booked appointments, shared posts, recommended me, liked a photo or just cheered me on from the sidelines.
