Our team is expanding, and we looking for Care workers to join our Swansea community based team.
On the Job Training No experience needed! Get paid as you you gain a NVQ/QCF 2 in Health & Social Care.
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them with daily task.
All clients have their personalised care plan tailored to their specific needs. Typical tasks include assistance with
- Personal care and hygiene
- Food preparation
- Medication
- Manual Handling using hoist, steady etc.
