📢 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

After working Saturdays since I was 15 years old, I’ve finally decided that from now on I’m going to work just ONE Saturday a month… because I don’t think I could give them up altogether! 😬😂

I absolutely love my job. After 38 years on the salon floor, it’s a huge part of who I am and always will be. ❤️

But so are my people and my life outside of work — my husband Simon, my grandbabies Hudson and Josie, another little one on the way 🥰, my family, my friends… and actually having the time to enjoy it all.

Being a hairdresser means sacrificing a lot of mornings, evenings and weekends. Saturdays have just always been a normal part of my working life, so I think it’s finally time I started enjoying them too.

I’m looking forward to getting some of my own time back. Slow Saturdays, family time, days out, plans with friends, making memories and just being able to properly switch off.

So, to every single client who has sat in my chair on a Saturday over the years — THANK YOU. ❤️

You’ve been such a huge part of my journey for so long, and I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without you.

38 years of Saturdays… I think I’ve earned this one! 😂🥂

Here’s to the next chapter, a little more balance and finally having some more life outside of work. ❤️
