OUR 7-DAY REWORK POLICY

At Dolly Rocks, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of work and want every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their results.

If, on the rare occasion, you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment.

How to Request a Rework

• Contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment.
• A member of our team will arrange for you to attend the salon so we can professionally inspect the issue.
• If we determine that the result does not reflect the original consultation or expected professional standard, we will arrange a complimentary corrective appointment.

Please Note

• We operate a strict no refund policy for services that have already been carried out.
• Clients must attend the salon for an assessment before any corrective work can be offered.
• This policy covers adjustments to the original service only and does not include changes of mind, a different style, colour or look after the appointment.
• Requests made after 7 days will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.
• We cannot guarantee the outcome of services where home care instructions have not been followed, or where the hair has been altered using products or treatments not recommended by us after leaving the salon.

Our commitment is simple: if something genuinely isn’t right, we’ll do everything we reasonably can to put it right.
