COMPETITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

FACEBOOK COMPETITIONS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS COMPETITIONS.
Competitions are governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Amor Makeup and its agents, are final in all respects.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Amor Makeup, not Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to anyone within the southwest on England, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Contest Period.
Amor Makeup has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

COMPETITION PERIOD
The Competition begins at the date and time of the Facebook Post and ends at the time the page reaches 200 likes or the date and time conveyed on the (“Competition Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission. Amor Makeup reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Competition through liking the page Amor Makeup on the promotional page and share, then leave a comment on the competition with the date makeup is required. You can also find the entry instructions on the competition itself. Entrants must adhere to the competition entries requirements. Amor Makeup has the right to verify the all entry requirements have been adhered to for each potential entrant.

After compliance, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the competition.

WINNER SELECTION
All eligible entries received during the Competition Submission Period will gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random.

The winners will be announced on the weekend the conditions have been met. Announcement and instructions for claiming the prize will be posted on the Amor Makeup's page. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring this page for prize notification or other communications related to this Competition. If a potential prize winner does not communicate receipt of winning to the Administrator (or Amor Makeup) within fifteen (15) days, using the Facebook messaging system that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

PRIZES
The prize is stated on the respective Competition Post.
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Amor Makeup and its agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the competition.

Amor Makeup reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Competition, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation.

Amor Makeup can only attend in the the southwest of England.
If any additional make-ups wanted there will be a fee.
If a trial is needed there will be small fee.
And any pictures taken by Amor Make up can be used for advertising on the WebSite or page.
After the makeup application Amor Make up take no responsibility for any damage to the makeup after the makeup artist has left.
Any already known allergies need to be declared to the make up artist before the appointment. All products used by Amor Makeup are allergy tested and used in a hygienic manner. Amor Makeup will take no liability to any allergic reaction to the make up.
