Happy Fools Day!

I am sure I will get pranked by my 9 year old daughter in some way today.

I have been trying to think of something funny but the way the world is still living at the moment - that to me seems like the biggest prank of all times.

My best piece of advice for today is: Whatever you do, DO NOT accept Oreos on April 1st.

Being intentional builds a positive mindset, helps you become more present in the moment and gives your life greater clarity and purpose.

When you become intentional you focus your time and energy on your strengths, and the good things in your life, and don’t let fear hold you back.

I had to learn how to be intentional by taking action on the things that are important to me - my mental health, my physical health, my relationships and my work.

It’s quarter end..

When I say that I know it means different things to different people. I am used to this term from my corporate job, but let’s not talk about that.

But it is nearly end of March which means end of first quarter of 2021, and I can happily and proudly say I am working towards my goals strongly every day.

I look for something new I can learn each day even if it’s just a new word or a new recipe.

Surround yourself with supportive non judgmental friends that actually inspire you and motivate you!

It is totally under our control who we choose to be around and spend time with.

Stop giving away your power!

I have internal belief and vision about myself and this can sometimes limit me and hold me back from doing something that is actually good for me!

The fear is so strong that for so long I have held back and would miss on so many opportunities.

This year I am facing that fear. I am doing things that scare me because I know I will learn and grow.

Am I still scared? Heck YES!

Ash Wednesday - Popelecni streda

No meat meal challenge and so I have made this feta cheese and tomato sauce with courgette noodles to keep it low carb - and it was delicious and super easy!

Cherry tomatoes
Feta cheese
Olive oil
Garlic

Bake this in the oven for 30 minutes.

Add fresh basil and noodles or pasta of your choice.
