To all my lovely clients,

I wanted to put out a gentle reminder regarding missed appointments and last-minute cancellations.

When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved especially for you. Unfortunately, when clients don't attend their appointment or cancel with very little notice, it leaves a gap in my diary that is often impossible to fill at short notice. As a small business, this has a direct impact on my income and prevents other clients from booking appointments that they may have needed.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and I will always do my best to be understanding. However, repeated no-shows and late cancellations can significantly affect the running of my business.

To help keep things fair for everyone, a no-show fee may be charged for missed appointments where sufficient notice has not been given.

Thank you to all of my clients who respect my time and support my business. Your loyalty and understanding mean so much and help me continue providing the best possible service.
