The difference between Gel and BIAB….

The first photo is gel, the second photo is BIAB with gel.
Some people wonder what the difference is or which they should choose.

Gel can typically last 2/3 weeks, sometimes longer for some people, it is removed and reapplied at each appointment.

BIAB can last 3/4 weeks, the gel colour is removed at the next appointment and the builder gel can be layered on top of the first builder so, it is thicker and more durable. Another colour can be reapplied.

The timescales do depend on many factors and mainly HOW you look after your nails!
⭐️ Using gloves to protect your nails from washing up, gardening, etc.
⭐️ Do NOT use your nails as tools- use the correct tools or even cutlery to open cans or other objects.
⭐️ Using cuticle oil DAILY!
⭐️ Not picking the polish or the skin around your nails.
⭐️ Ensuring the gel/BIAB is removed properly.
