It is such an honour to be able to help people, and this client is no exception; he had been suffering with shoulder pain which was limiting his ability to work out in the gym, but he is now over the moon at being able to get back to doing all the things he loves!

What a way to brighten my day, receiving this text from a client who came to see me last week with a lower back spasm. 😍

It is always incredible how different you can feel when the constant tension you have learnt to live with is eased.

This client had a lot of muscle tension in his upper back and neck, which was a major contributor to him damaging his teeth with grinding at night. Easing that tension left him feel immediately looser, like he had taken off a very tight shirt, and it was wonderful to see that transformation.

I feel so privileged to get to spend my working day reducing people's pain 😍

Shoulder/neck pain from working at a computer is one of the most common issues I see, but it is so debilitating. This client arrived in pain but left feeling amazing, and you can't beat that for job satisfaction!
