✨Comfort Pillow/ plush toy/ squishy During Treatments?✨

Recently I had a client who felt very anxious during lash infills appointment ( actually while I was doing outgrown lashes removal).

To help her feel more comfortable, I offered her a soft sensory pillow to hold. By the end of the treatment she told me it helped her feel calmer, safer, and more relaxed 🥰

But why does something so simple make such a difference?
