✨ New Nail Luxe Hard Clear Base ✨

I’ve been putting the new Hard Clear Base to the test and here’s what I think…

I actually love that it’s completely clear. While I know some people find a clear base a little trickier to work with compared to a tinted product (as you can’t always see exactly where it’s going), there’s an easy way around it. I always recommend working with a good desk light and using the reflection (the line of light) across the nail to guide your application for a super clean finish.

Using a quality flat gel brush makes application much easier, I prefer a medium size flat brush and don’t forget to make the most of your nail art brushes too! A fine liner is perfect for getting neatly around the cuticle area and sidewalls without flooding them.

The viscosity sits around a medium to high level I personally think from the hard gels I have used/tested, this particular base gives you great control while still allowing the product to move beautifully. It self-levels really nicely, helping create a smooth, even surface with minimal effort.

Overall, it’s a gorgeous hard base that offers strength, control and a flawless finish. 😍 I really enjoyed buffing this hard gel! Definitely one worth adding to your kit if you’re looking for a reliable clear base. 🙌🏼
