Well I am going through a change. Im grateful for all my clients, past present and future. Im letting go of any new Footcare clients and reducing my current wonderful clients. In preparation for a new beginning of less work, more time for me to explore.
I am continuing with my love of Reflexology and all the benefits it brings.

I will still be working providing Foot Healthcare & Reflexology to clients. I will try to keep cool with lots cold drinks,sun shade on my car(domicillary working) cool box with snacks, pacing myself.
You can soak your feet in a cool bowl of water. Lowers body temperature. Thats what I will do when I finish work.
Thinking of all those trades people working in the heat.
