How long your nails last comes down to a few things —. most of them happen before you even sit down.

Your nail health going in. Whether there’s any lifting from your last set. How you’ve been treating them in between. The shape that actually suits your nail bed. All of that matters before I’ve even picked up a file.

Then it’s prep — proper prep, every single time. That’s the bit that keeps them on.

I’ve been doing nails for 15 years and the sets that last are never a fluke. They’re the result of paying attention to all the boring stuff that nobody sees.

Another set of Christmas nails, this time with a little bit of nail art! Nail art isn’t my strong point, but I will always try and give it a go, as long as it’s not a full on nativity scene and something simple ✨

Survived my first school half term! And after having a week off I’m back in the salon with normal hours. I have a few spaces in the next few weeks for sets of nails if anyone fancy’s treating themselves, just let me know.
