It’s the end of an era 🖤

I’m so excited to announce that I will be joining the LB Team as a Senior Stylist in October 🤍

I will still be based at La Beaute in Wichelstowe, however, I will not be a chair renter here anymore, but an employed hair stylist instead 💇🏼‍♀️💇🏻‍♂️

If you have an appointment booked in with myself from October onwards, your appointment will not have changed or been cancelled but your text reminders & emails will now be coming from La Beaute instead of LP Hairdressing - Please make sure your email address is in the booking system as you will receive offers from La Beaute and I wouldn’t want you to miss out!

‼️ Skin Testing ‼️ I will need to re-skin test all clients that have a colour appointment from October onwards. As I will be part of the La Beaute Team, I will be using their colour which means I will no longer be using Wella and will now be moving over to Schwarzkopf. All of your colour records will be matched up to the new colour range so your colour results will be the same as always 🫶🏼

𝐑 𝐞 𝐟 𝐫 𝐞 𝐬 𝐡 𝐞 𝐝 🤍

My client hasn’t had her hair done for about a year! So her roots were huge and her ends needed a good tidy up 💇🏼‍♀️

I balayaged her hair bringing that blonde back up to the top again 💛 and toned to remove any yellow creating a cooler blonde finish 🤍

My client also decided she would like a good chop to just below the shoulders as her ends were looking a bit wispy and dry ✂️ I did a one length haircut making it nice and blunt while giving her some shaping around the face and a bit of a curtain bangs style fringe 💇🏼‍♀️

I feel I’m always posting balayages & foils so thought I’d mix things up with a simple root retouch 💛

It’s been a few weeks since I last coloured my clients roots so they were due to be done again, we also toned down her ends with a few spatula low lights as we find it tends to go quite light on the ends through the top & sides ☀️ 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 👉🏼

My client also asked for a deep conditioning treatment which includes a 5 minute head massage 💆🏼‍♀️😴 and I styled her hair creating a bouncy flicky blow dry 💁🏼‍♀️

Soft blonde balayage refresh, wanting to lighten the ends up slightly more 💛

My client didn’t want her hair too ash blonde and didn’t want it particularly golden so I applied a beige toned toner which gives a good in between tone 😍

My client hadn’t had her hair coloured or cut for around a year so she was in need of a good freshen up!

I bought her balayage up a bit higher to brighten the top up while also making the ends blonder and brighter too 💛

My client wanted a good chop off the ends of her hair so I ended up taking off around 4 inches to really freshen her hair up as it was looking pretty dry & split 💇🏼‍♀️ ✂️

We both loved the finished results 😍😍

My client still loved being blonde and was worried about going too dark but after doing blonde box colours for a while she felt it had become too solid & too light.

I broke her blonde up with some lowlights and freshened her roots up with some scattered blondes. I then applied a dark blonde root melt to soften the roots to take away that bright blonde appearance and toned the ends down to remove yellow tones. 💛

I also gave those ends a good tidy up after not having her hair cut for a few years! ✂️💇🏼‍♀️

We love the results of this soft broken up blonde style with those lovely blunt fresh ends 😍😍
