This is a lymphatic drainage massage for the face, neck and chest with a few added extras thrown in.

It begins with a light body brushing to get the lymph nodes open, is deeply soothing and so so gentle. I have some ice cold jade rollers which can be used too!

The treatment concludes with a calming hand, arm and scalp massage.

The benefits of this may include reducing facial puffiness and fluid retention, a more radiant complexion can be promoted and general circulation can also be improved. It is also deeply relaxing and restorative for both the body and mind.
