Unfortunately, today I had two no-shows.

As a small business, missed appointments have a significant impact. That time has been reserved especially for you and cannot usually be filled at short notice. It affects not only my income, but also other clients who may have been waiting for an appointment.

To help protect my business and reduce missed appointments, all future bookings will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits can be transferred if sufficient notice is given to reschedule your appointment. (24hours)
