Services and Prices:
All make up services and their prices are as set out on the price list. Please contact me directly for full details of costs of Photo shoots, Special Occasions, Beauty and other promotional work. (Please note prices may vary at any time but price changes will not affect a booking that is confirmed). Please note that all prices are subject to travel, location and any special requirements. To get an accurate quote for your event, please contact me (see above for details). Payment terms:

Weddings: £40 deposit is required to hold the date of the wedding. The outstanding balance is due on the week of the wedding. For any cancellations prior to the wedding date, the deposit is non refundable. Any cancellations made on or during the 4 week period of the wedding date that was booked. You will be liable to pay 50% of the remaining outstanding balance. Full Makeover: In order to book an appointment for a Full Makeover, a £10 deposit of the total cost of the Full Makeover will be payable by you. This will be deducted from the outstanding balance on the day of your appointment and is non-refundable should you cancel your appointment. Any cancellations made 72 hours before the appointment, the remaining balance is to be paid by you. All outstanding payments are due and payable either before or on the day of appointment and can be made in cash or Direct debit. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation: Any cancellations made will be subject to losing the return of the non-refundable deposit. Travel Costs: Petrol: If the location of the appointment is more than a 5 miles radius from Swindon, travel expenses will be charged and added to the final cost of the bill at a rate of £0.45 per mile (or any other rate to be negotiated and agreed between the parties. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, for example, for reasons outside our control, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity AND we shall endeavour to find you a replacement makeup artist. You are entitled to cancel the appointment if we cancel the booking for this reason and we will refund your deposit to you. Website: All images on the website are the property of makeupbymandylee.com and Mandy-Lee Perkins. Any replication or reproduction of any images of text content from www.makeupbymandylee.com without prior consent is strictly prohibited. Use of Imagery: Makeup by Mandy-Lee reserves the right to use images taken of makeup work and any other work undertaken by Makeup by Mandy-Lee in marketing material, including but not limited to social media and website posts. Upon using Mandy-Lee Perkins services these terms and conditions you hereby consent to the use of images of yourself or others (as part of your booking) in such a manner. Any objection to this clause or subsequent request for the removal of such images, for whatever reason, will result in a [£50] fine. Liability: If Makeup by Mandy-Lee fails to comply with these terms and conditions, it is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of its breach of these terms or its negligence. Makeup by Mandy-Lee is not responsible for any damage or loss that is unforeseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract. Makeup by Mandy-Lee does not exclude or limit in any way its liability for: a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors and b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by an event outside of our control. General: Records of your details are stored securely and all information held will be treated as confidential and will not be divulged to a third party. We will use your details in order to provide the services and process your payment. This contract is between you and us and no other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and you and we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Agreed Terms
Once any deposit is paid you enter in a verbal contract with Makeup by Mandy-Lee, terms and conditions set above. Should you cancel the appointment you understand and accept that this deposit is non-refundable and a percentage charge is made where applicable and any additional cancellations charges may apply. I agree and acknowledge that Mandy-Lee accepts no liability for skin conditions and sensitivities or allergies not disclosed and that it is not liable for any products used or for any adverse reaction suffered.
