“Susanna, what do you actually do to your skin?” 👀✨

I’ve had so many lovely comments from clients recently about my skin, and I’m regularly asked what my secret is… so I thought it was probably time I shared a little more of what I actually do myself! 🤍

The truth is, there isn’t one magic treatment or product.

I’m a big believer in looking after your skin consistently! good skincare, SPF, serums, red light therapy and professional treatments when my skin needs them.

And yes… I genuinely use the treatments I offer at Key Aesthetics on my own skin too! 🥰

My three favourites are:

💧 Profhilo — for deep hydration, firmness and improving overall skin quality. Usually started with 2 treatments around 4 weeks apart.

✨ Skin Boosters — for hydration, softness and that fresh, healthy-looking glow. A course is usually best for optimal results.

🪄 Microneedling — to stimulate collagen and help improve texture, pores and fine lines. I love fitting this one in as often as I can! A course of around 3 treatments is usually recommended.

But my biggest skin “secret”? I don’t rely on one thing.

Combining the right treatments with a consistent home routine is where I personally see the biggest difference. It’s about looking after the quality of your skin long-term, rather than waiting until something bothers you and looking for a quick fix. 🤍

I’m thinking of sharing more of this side of things, my actual skincare routine, products I use, red light mask and more detailed videos explaining the treatments I have myself.
