A new week, a new challenge 🥋

An exciting new timetable with extra training options for a new school year.

Comes into effect after bank holiday, Tuesday 1st September.

We are closed this Bank Holiday weekend.

No classes from Friday 28th until Monday 31st.

All classes back on Tuesday 1st September.

Enjoy you Bank Holiday weekend.

For the next 2 weeks, all members are welcome to wear their choice of football kit, whether it's supporting your country in the world cup, or any football team/club ⚽

Update regarding classes in the heat:

Tonight:
🟡Warriors - CANCELLED
🔴Kickboxing - On as normal at 6pm
🔵Legends - Combined with Kickboxing at 6pm
⚫Additional 30 mins for Legends & Black Belts after this class if there are enough and not got too hot.

Wednesday & Thursday classes are CANCELLED due to the red weather warning ⚠️

Thank you for your understanding, the safety of all our members is the priority.

With temperatures forecast to rise significantly this week, we are closely monitoring the weather and the conditions inside our studio.

If we feel the environment is no longer safe for exercise, we may need to cancel some classes at short notice.

The safety and wellbeing of our students will always come first. Additional drinks breaks and modifications to classes will be made, as appropriate.

We are CLOSED on Monday for bank holiday.

All classes are on as normal during half term week from Tuesday.

Tomorrow is Bank Holiday, and therefore we are closed.

All back to normal from Tuesday.
