The ordinary everyday can be even more incredible than the extremes.

When you intentionally slow down and look around you. When you stop and slow down to take in the flowers on your walk, or the smell of the bread baking in the kitchen.

When you notice yourself hurrying through life and you intentionally put the brakes on a little and actually be present in it.

These little moments are what make life beautiful and worth it.

Yes the big achievements are amazing and the feedback makes you feel incredible but don’t chase those to miss out on the journey to get to those points.

When my clients come to me they are choosing to slow down. They are choosing themselves over the hustle of life. And that’s when things start to feel lighter and more alive. Because they’re finally noticing all the light that’s within them already. And they get to see how incredible life can be when they allow it, notice it and give it space to blossom.

If you’re ready to slow down and need some support and a space to take that first step, dm me for a chat about how I can help you.

I just want to acknowledge that if all you were able to do today was survive, that is enough right now.

And I also want you to know that there’s a beautiful life waiting on the other side of that. And you can start making steps (however small they need to be) towards it whenever you want.

You don’t have to accept everyone else’s normal, you get to choose what your life looks like, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now.

Choosing yourself every day is your first step back to you. How can you look after yourself and love yourself more.

Self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a non negotiable. You deserve to live too.

What are you saying yes to this week, that moves you closer to your true voice?

If you’re ready to see that there’s another way. If you’re ready to start listening to that voice deep within you and follow it.
Then follow along, I’m here to support you and guide you back to you.

Do you ever have that feeling where you don’t know what to do with yourself?

So many ideas running through your mind, so many things you want to do, but you can’t seem to relax enough to focus on them properly.

Here’s one of my go to reflexology points on the hand that I use when I’m feeling just like that.

Save for when you need to calm your mind a little and focus.

Or share it with a friend who could use a little break in the day.

I’ll definitely be using this before singing circle 😬🎶

It’s time to show up for yourself.

You’ve hidden yourself for too long. And it probably feels safe to do that, maybe even comfortable.

But what if something is niggling inside you that there’s more you want to do or be. That you feel deeply in your soul that this is not all there is for you and your life.

I’m not talking about some huge awakening, although that absolutely happens to lots of people, but just a gentle remembering of what lights you up.

The way I see it, you have 2 choices, stay doing the same thing and feel comfortable but maybe not fulfilled.

Or push your comfort zone and do something that scares you but makes you feel alive. And who knows what that might lead to.

What’s the worst that could happen?

What’s something you’ve been putting off doing that you really want to do but fear is getting in the way?

What small action can you take to move towards it?

If you’re ready to find your voice again and break down some of those “shoulds” my singing circle starts 9th Aug and it’s one of my things that I’m doing because it lights me up and scares me all at the same time!

Comment CIRCLE and I’ll send you all the details
And yes you absolutely CAN sing 🎵

I spent years stopping myself from doing things because I hadn’t “perfected” it enough yet.

And the only thing it did was stop me from actually living and moving forward.

What I’ve learnt is that connection and community matter and are deeply healing for so many people and expressing yourself is what’s important, not how perfect it looks.

Building something together and growing through that is powerful and deeply moving.

And this is exactly why I’m starting these singing circles. Not another place to put on a “show” and perform. More of a place where judgement is left behind and you don’t have to be anything other than yourself.

If you’re ready to find your voice and your community, message me for more details, I’d love you to be part of it x

This video is far from perfect and probably too long but if I don’t post it now, it’s not happening. And I’m really being nudged to make this happen!

If you’re local to Swindon and love to sing but don’t want the perfectionism of a group or choir then this might just be what you need.

Community, singing, dancing if you want. Bring an instrument if you fancy it.

Life is feeling heavy for a lot of us and singing always opens up so much for me. It’s time to find our voice and let it be heard.

If you’re interested comment below or message me.
And if you have friends that you think would love this please send this to them, thanks ☺️ x

It’s so liberating to free yourself from the restrictions you think are there.

What do you want life to look like? You get to choose, you get to enjoy life and be unapologetic for who you truly are!

Are you ready? Because I’m so ready to support you!

Let’s take our power back and raise our vibrations.
We all deserve a space here, it’s time to own it!

We’ve been taught not to trust our body.

We’ve been taught that symptoms are the enemy and we must fix them.

But what if you looked at it differently. What if you saw those symptoms as messengers. Not the body trying to break you, but the body trying to communicate with you.

What would you hear? What would your body need you to do?

Maybe it needs rest, or more hydration or more alive natural food to fuel it better. Connection with friends, time in nature. It’s all valid.

Ask yourself today, what does my body need? And you might be surprised, maybe what it needs is not outside of you. Maybe it’s simpler than you ever imagined possible.

Hi, I’m Louise

I’ve had lots of new followers recently so I wanted to reintroduce myself. If you’re new here, Welcome!

And if you’re yet to step into my world, what are you waiting for?
I’d love to welcome you to my teeny little corner of the internet, where shoulds and judgements are left at the door and you can put it all down for a while.

I’d love to get to know you all more, share a fun fact about yourself in the comments below. I’ve had an interesting ride in life already and I’d love to know more about the people I’m walking the next steps with.

I’m so grateful for all of you 🥰

Needing to take a break doesn’t mean you’re failing. You’re not a machine and life doesn’t follow one straight line.

Step back, regroup, take time to slow down. Get support if you need to. Non of this means you can’t do it, it just means you’re a human being with feelings and limits.

Tune in to what you really need right now and listen to that.

Then, when you’re ready, keep going in the direction you truly want to, in the way that works for you.

If you’re week has been feeling heavy too, please know you’re not alone. Save this for when you need a reminder that you’re allowed to pause.

And if you need a space to put it all down, I still have spaces left this month, see the link in my bio or message me for online work
