I mean… she’s had a Japanese head spa, we’ve bonded, she’s relaxed, I’m emotionally invested… apparently this is just where we’re at now 😂

Some days I wake up feeling a little blue. There's not always a particular reason (well… apart from the perimenopause 🙄), but it never seems to last long thanks to the most wonderful clients who walk through my studio door. 💛

One of my favourite things is the hugs I sometimes get (I'm a big hugger, but I completely respect that not everyone is 🤗).

A special shout-out to Helen, who was an absolute bundle of sunshine this morning. ☀️✨
