As many of you already know, Steve sadly lost his battle with cancer a few weeks ago, and we laid him to rest on Friday. 💙

I want to say a huge thank you to every one of you for your support over the years when I needed time to take him to Oxford for hospital appointments, and especially over the last month when Steve was in hospital and then at Prospect Hospice. I had to move many of your appointments, and every single one of you was so understanding. Your kindness has meant more than you'll ever know.

In a few weeks, my mum and my cousins will be taking part in the Starlight Walk to raise money for Prospect Hospice. Unfortunately, I can't take part myself, so I'm asking if anyone would be able to spare a few pounds to help us raise funds for this amazing charity.

Prospect Hospice supported Steve throughout his cancer journey and gave him one of only six available beds, which are limited because of funding. The care and compassion they showed were unbelievable, not only for Steve but also for my mum and Steve's daughter, Emma, who were able to stay by his bedside during his final five days.

We will be forever grateful for the love, dignity, and support they gave our family during the hardest time of our lives.

If you can donate, no matter how small the amount, it would mean so much to us and would help Prospect Hospice continue providing this incredible care to other families who need it.
