So a busy week looking after the Sappers Field Gun team for the Birmingham Military Tattoo. What a great week so privileged to be able to keep the guys running. Hard work but when you love your work it doesn’t matter!

All of our memberships and 2025 schedule will be published on New Year's Day 😍

We will have 3 memberships available:

💛 GOLD – £92.00 per month for 8 group classes (£11.50 per class)

🩶 SILVER – £72.00 per month for 6 group classes (£12.00 per class)

🤎 BRONZE – £52.00 per month for 4 group classes (£13.00 per class)

You can use your credits each month on any weekly group classes (pole dance and aerial hoop classes). This means you can book in anytime that suits you.

So I’m finally back! Woo Hoo 🙌 After a lovely detachment away with the Auxiliary Sqn supporting the RAF Movers in Cyprus it’s time to get back to it!
So I am going to have a couple of weeks catching up with family and friends, but as of the Tuesday 5th March doors are open.

Hi all, so as you know I left the RAF but did join the Auxiliary Sqn. So I have been called up to go away for 4 months. Sorry 😞
I will be back middle of March 2024, and will let everyone know as soon as I’m back and open. I will miss seeing everyone, and hope to see you all again when I return.
