A little booking policy update 💗
After having another no-show, I’ve made the decision to introduce a small change to my booking process to help protect my time and my small business.
From now on, card details will be securely held when booking an appointment. These will only be used if the cancellation policy applies:
✨ 48+ hours’ notice – appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with no charge.
✨ 24+ hours’ notice – appointments can be rescheduled with no charge.
✨ Less than 12 hours’ notice – 25% of the treatment price will be charged.
✨ No-show – 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans change, and I will always try to be as understanding as possible. 💗
This isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly, but when you’re a small independent business, a missed appointment is time that cannot be recovered and an opportunity that another client could have used.
For anyone who regularly books their repeat appointments directly with me, you can absolutely continue to do so as normal. 🥰
