‘Thank you for the work you’re doing’ - Mum of two neurodivergent teens 🫠

My ‘work’ never feels like work when I’m in Zen Den.

And as I begin to transition more and more into working with kids and teens I feel a deep sense of ‘ahhh this is it…’

This is it… we have been working on our Alternative Education Provision for months!

It was an idea that came from our Omni Roots Hub CIC when several professionals suggested an AP along side this idea.

At first I was not keen at all due to the SBC regulations and the amount of prep work a provision would take to set up.

But then I saw a niche that sat right in Zen Dens space. A gap in the AP market if you will.

Teen Girls - there is not enough for our teen girls.

Gemma Moore has worked her absolute socks off to put all the paperwork together in the background that supports my vision. And two weeks ago we got officially approved as an Alternative Education Provision in SBC!

I have so much to say still and hope you’ll follow our journey and spread the word as we are so new to the scene!

I could sit and talk to you for at least an hour as to why this man drives me nuts to the moon and back! But on the most part of brings me JOY 💞

He is hands down, one of the most creative intelligent and resourceful men I know.

And yet he drives me to wanting to pull my hair out 🙄🙈😂🤭 and I LOVE my hair!!

We have worked as a team to make ZD work! Others have come and gone… we endure!

I am the founder, Jerome’s been my voice of reason, my ZD backbone for the last 3 years… he’s a humble and good soul!

And sooooooooooo good at what he does! # # #

As I step away from adults and into the kids and teens, allow Jerome to be a choice for your massage and downtime he is worth it! # # #

Introducing Angelena - our newest ZD member and one we obviously can’t wait for you to meet!

She will be with us during July and August on a Wednesday and Thursday 10-6pm

Then an increase of hours from September as she builds her client base.

This sits beautifully into our timeline as I step back from massage and work on my AP - She will be able to look after this clients I can no longer see. I know you’re in excellent hands.
