Hyaluronic Acid is a humectant, which means it draws moisture from the environment and deeper layers of the dermis, up towards the epidermis, therefore, applying this to damp skin is going to make a world of difference.

Depending on skin type and environmental factors, you may not need to follow this on with a layer of moisturiser, so it’s ok to skip this step if you feel it’s not necessary 🫶🏼
