To all my lovely ladies.
Just wanted to come on and give you an update as to what is going on. So these are my hands currently. I have been given some oral steroids and I am having red lightly therapy on the 21st of this month. I wanted to come on and be completely honest with my situation and say yes I have really struggled with being away from work this long. I never thought this would be the way but unfortunately I haven’t had much of an option. As you can see my hands are still really sore and I just need a bit more time to let them heal. I am trying absolutely everything I can to get back to work as quickly as possible. Really what I came on to say was how much I appreciate absolutely every one of my ladies and completely understand how rubbish it has been me not been at work but I promise I will be back. I have to have 6 weeks of red lightly therapy and I am praying that this will be over and I can get back to doing what I love the most. I want you all to know that not only are you my clients but your actually like friends and the reason why I love my job so much. The reason I’ve hated being away is because you’re all so important to me. Going to work for me is like having a friend round for a cup of tea and a good old catch up with the added bonus of you leaving feeling amazing. I will be honest and say I have cried ALOT over the past few weeks. Because I just can’t think about how many faces I haven’t seen in so long and all I want to do is give u all a cuddle and be back at work.
I have cleared my diary completely so when I have a date to be back (which I am hoping is September) I will ring all of you personally to make you a fresh new appointment and hopefully I can put this behind me and get on with my lovely life as a hairdresser.
Honestly I love all of you so much and I am so very sorry that this has happened.

Ladies I am just so so sorry…….
Had the best day yesterday back at work. 12 o’clock this morning I have woken up to the worst hands. I can’t even describe the pain that I am in with them. 2 o’clock I drove to York hospital as I am completely at the end of my tether with them. I have new cream and new steroid cream and I am just praying to god this time it works. I have had to change this week at work and all I can say is I am sorry again. I will be in touch with clients if I need to change any other dates.
Upset is an understatement!!!

Re-posting our cancelation policy as there has been a few no shows lately. Just want to remind everyone that we are all self employed which means when you don’t show we don’t get paid. So please try and let us know at the earliest time you can if you can’t make your appointment. If the cancelation fee is not paid then unfortunately you will not be given another appointment until it is.

UPDATE!!
So after some time away to rest my hands, I am back to work next week (Tuesday 2nd June). My hands are much better than they were but not 100% so will be taking my time in getting back to my normal work life. I want to say a massive thank you to all my ladies for been so patient and sending me such kind messages I can’t wait to give you all a hug, I am so excited to get back to work to see you all and to use our new colour range that I’ve been absolutely dying to use. Can’t wait to be back see you all next Tuesday 😘

UPDATE!!!
To all my lovely ladies thank you for being so patient with me and the situation at work. I was hoping to be back this week as I am absolutely missing being at the salon but unfortunately that is not going to be the case. My hands are so sore and if any water or product touches them the pain is absolutely unbearable. I am so so sorry that this is happening and once I go to an appointment next Tuesday and hopefully get some answers to help me I just cannot risk being in work. Thank you all for being so kind and sending me your well wishes.
