Hook Dental

Teeth rely on healthy gums and the gums themselves need to be cared for. A good routine of cleaning your teeth and flossing between them will help maintain healthy gums. However, sometimes gum problems can be more serious and that’s where regular visits to the hygienist can help.

It is recommended to buy toothpaste that contains fluoride because it is a natural mineral that is very effective in preventing tooth decay by strengthening the tooth enamel. For more impressive results don't rinse after brushing so that the fluoride stays on your teeth longer.

Our teeth get a lot of use and sometimes they suffer the effects of wear especially with our modern diet. Even children’s teeth can show the signs of wear especially if they consume lots of fizzy drinks, which as well as being high in sugar are acidic – not good for teeth! At Hook Dental we want to help minimise these effects on your teeth.

We’ve been in Hook for more than 30 years and treated thousands of people in the town and surrounding areas. We’re proud of our team for their experience, the quality of their work, and their commitment to making sure that you are greeted – and treated – in a welcoming and professional manner.

At Hook Dental we like to make paying for your essential regular dental care as easy and pain-free as possible.

So we’ve come up with our own simple membership plan to spread the cost across the year. Your dentist will advise you which level of treatment you need and plans start from as little as £15.50 a month.

So, for the cost of a cappuccino a week you’ll know that your dental care is covered by a regular direct debit. Call us for more information on Dental plans on 01256 762353 or visit us at www.hookdental.com
