A little update from us this evening — tonight will mark Sonja’s final Nourish & Nurture class.

This is not a farewell wrapped in sadness, but rather a celebration of Sonja’s remarkable growth. Over time, her confidence, knowledge, and presence have flourished beautifully, and we feel it is the perfect moment to begin reimagining what comes next for her.

Sonja consistently brings dedication, integrity, and genuine care to everything she does, and we could not be prouder of the teacher she is becoming. We are currently working on a thoughtful rebrand and the development of a new offering that reflects both her evolving expertise and the experience so many of you have come to cherish.

We are exploring a format with timings that may feel more accessible for many of our lovely ladies, alongside the inclusion of facial therapy — something we know you all deeply enjoy.

Expect something immersive, restorative, and indulgent for all five senses.
