To book a private appointment, please complete your pre-consultation forms. These help me assess your suitability, understand your concerns and ensure you are booking the appropriate treatment. Completing them in advance also reduces paperwork on the day, allowing more time to focus on you.

Why we require pre-payment

Pre-payment is a standard booking practice across many clinics and businesses. It secures your preferred appointment time and helps cover the professional time, preparation and products reserved for your visit.

Our inbox is available for booking enquiries, but it is not a round-the-clock consultation service. Personalised advice, assessments and ongoing support require professional time and expertise, which form part of our paid services.

Unfortunately, some enquiries end without a response as soon as payment is mentioned. Our booking and payment process helps establish a clear commitment, reduce missed appointments and respect both your time and ours.

Prices, treatment information and location

Our treatment prices are openly available on our website, where you can also book directly. Please check the relevant advert or website before messaging, as these usually contain the treatment details, price and location.

Brief messages such as “HM?”, “WRU?” or “Info!!” may not receive a response where the information is already provided. If you have a specific question after reading the details, please send a clear message so we can help efficiently.

Payment options

Payment plans are available for selected treatments. Please consider affordability carefully: we do not encourage anyone to take on debt for an elective treatment. Any interest, APR or lending terms offered by third-party providers are set by those providers and are outside our control.

We’re holding an Advanced CO₂ Fractional Laser Training Masterclass, and we’re inviting treatment models to join us at a hugely discounted price.

Important: consultation and eligibility

A consultation and suitability assessment are required before any treatment. Your medical history, skin type, treatment area, expectations, and any relevant medication or health conditions will be reviewed.

Downtime, risks, and aftercare
CO₂ fractional laser treatment causes controlled skin injury and downtime is expected. Redness, swelling, heat, sensitivity, peeling, crusting, and temporary changes in pigmentation may occur. Less common but more serious risks include infection, scarring, prolonged redness, changes in skin colour, cold sore reactivation, and delayed healing. Risks may be higher for some skin types or medical conditions.

You must be able to follow the required aftercare, including keeping the area clean, avoiding picking or scratching, protecting the skin from sunlight, and using recommended products. Your expected recovery time, aftercare, and individual risks will be explained during consultation before you decide whether to proceed. Results vary and may require more than one treatment.
