SURPRISE 😳
After I said we always do 3 sets of every exercise on my last video she though NOT TODAY!!!!
I’ve enjoyed this week and actually feel really strong and accomplished.
Today’s session was 2 exercises let’s go STRONG 💪
RDL we did 5 sets with the final set 65kg for 2 reps - my PB
Clean and press we did 5 sets, same weight, but got more reps in. The final set was 30kg for 5 reps.

Be careful what you send to your PT is the lesson I learnt here.
2021 It was the peak of COVID times and I was living alone, to pass the time I took too exercise and I used to follow and and amongst other live videos we did a fitness test every 3/4 weeks.
The fitness test came up on my story and I thought I’ll send it to court and say look I tried once before too
She decided to treat me to a trip down memory lane and we did the bloody fitness test…
Ok so it wasn’t horrendous but that doesn’t mean I liked it.
However my results blew me away, this is what hard work, dedication and having a bloody good coach can do
Soooooo I challenge anyone to give it a go and let me know your results - each exercise 2 mins AMRAP

I’ve found a way to get the most out of you and for you to enjoy it, a bit more than other circuits
So before we was going full throttle 8 exercises per circuit 3 x round and they were bloody hard
What we did differently is started with less and gradually added more , a bag on my lunges if you watched carefully, a sled push, a heavy barbell
Just little tweaks to push me
And it worked

I had 3 goals in February
1- Continue couch to 5k
2- Continue going the gym 4/5 times a week
3- Post a before and now (definitely not an after as there’s more to come)
I can’t do one and two currently due to injury so pushing myself to do number 3 it is 😩🫣
My gym goal when I started PT sessions was to get fit, and the weight would go with it. Happy to say something has clicked recently and I am starting to feel myself again, hopefully the confidence will catch up soon.
We all have our reasons why we let ourselves go and maybe I’ll share it one day.
For now I’m sharing progress 1 stone down and more to go
All done with exercise, movement and a balanced diet. Thank you you have helped me start changing my life.
I think I’m going to start posting my workouts even the ones I do through injury.
